Marketing & Communications Specialist

The Marketing & Communications Specialist advances the mission of the El Paso Center for Diabetes (EPCD) by leading strategic marketing, communications, and outreach initiatives. This role manages digital marketing, social media, website content, and creative production while strengthening brand visibility, patient and community engagement, and donor support. The Specialist also serves as the communications lead for the regional Diabetes Alliance and supports the “Diabetes Now What” health communications campaign in partnership with the Paso del Norte Health Foundation.

Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff at the El Paso Center for Diabetes. This role ensures a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinical environment by managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate is bilingual, customer-focused, highly organized, and experienced in a medical office setting.
