A referral from your physician is required to attend our Diabetes Self-Management Education classes and Medical Nutrition Therapy. For more information on our programs, click here.

  • The costs for Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) varies by insurance coverage. Most insurance plans cover both programs. For more information on insurance and billing, click here.

  • Our healthy cooking classes and Amigos Dulces Support Group are available to all patients who successfully completed the DSME program.
  • Diabetes Youth Camps and our walk-in glucose and HbA1c screenings are available at no cost.
