El Paso Children’s Hospital – Pediatric Diabetes Education Services
Zachary Bowling Pediatric Outpatient Diabetes Education Services: American Diabetes Association recognized program for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support and Medical Nutrition Therapy; outpatient services for all children with diabetes offered by diabetes care and education specialists. Empower Program: For children who are at risk for developing or have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes. Pediatric Diabetes Support Group: Group events for all children with diabetes and their families.

Southern New Mexico Diabetes Outreach – Children and Youth Type 1 Diabetes
The Southern New Mexico Diabetes Outreach (SNMDO) provides diabetes classes, educational support groups, and other regional screenings directly to the people of Southern New Mexico with the primary mission being diabetes prevention; adult diabetes class sessions, childen and youth T1D education, adult education meeting, and health screenings.
